Founder & Managing Director
Mr Agrawal is an accomplished human resource professional with over 15 years of experience spanning strategic recruitment, and organisational leadership across both the public and private sectors. He also has experience in employment law, immigration matters, and civil litigation support.
His qualifications include an Economics degree and an MBA in Human Resource Management from India, a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP University Law School in London, and an MSc in Human Resource Management with CIPD Level 7 accreditation from the University of London. This strong combination of legal knowledge and commercial HR expertise enables him to provide practical, strategic, and client focused solutions.
Mr Agrawal has advised on employment law matters, prepared tribunal documentation, drafted legal submissions, managed civil litigation case preparation, and supported complex UK immigration applications, including successfully overcoming visa refusals and allegations of misrepresentation. He has also personally represented himself in County Court proceedings, securing successful outcomes through legal research, case preparation, and advocacy.
Alongside his legal work, Mr Agrawal has built an extensive career leading recruitment and talent acquisition functions within major UK public sector organisations. He has led high profile national recruitment campaigns, managed large scale projects, developed recruitment policies, delivered organisational change, and advised senior executives and directors on strategic workforce planning in London.
